I start w liquid soap on a scrub sponge to remove initial debris and grease. Rinse and dry the surface, then sprinkle baking soda on the surface and scrub w the sponge. The baking soda neutralizes the pH of the baked on debris and scrubs it off, so it's a one-two punch. Rinse and dry again. If some baked on stains remain, go over it w rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball, then hit it w the baking soda again. That usually does the trick for me. Hope it helps.

You’re so upbeat & cheerful. I am concerned about your representation of the O-cedar water only mop system. The system itself is disturbing on multiple levels & your comments make it even worse. If you carefully read the fine print on their site, it states that according one lab (which they presumable paid) it removes (does NOT kill) 99% of only two specific types of bacteria on only two specific types of flooring. It makes no claims about viruses (good on you for not claiming otherwise). Unfortunately, you do claim it “cleans” bacteria. Cleaning bacteria is a dubious statement at best. It really is dishonest. “Clean” bacteria can make us just as sick as unclean bacteria. I want bacteria dead, not clean. Further, if you don’t sanitize/disinfect the system afterwards, you’re just moving those bacteria someplace to potentially spread. Additionally, according to the EPA, to “clean” something, requires the use of soap or detergent.

If you like Scrub Daddy, DEFINITELY try the Power Paste, which comes with a Scrub Mommy sponge. Power Paste is MAGICAL. I even got hair dye and stubborn soap scum out of my porcelain bathtub, but it also works great on my white trim, the fixtures in my bathroom, a burnt on mess on the inside of my microwave, my stainless steel sink, you name it. It won’t scratch, and it smells REALLY good. 100/10 RECOMMEND! Btw...The Scrub Daddy is their regular polymer sponge, but the Mommy has the polymer, plus a dense sponge, and feels a lot tougher IMHO. E-cloths are GREAT, and don’t hold odors like a lot of microfibers do. As long as they’re washed without fabric softener, they’ll work like new for a long time. It’s also recommended (on their website) to boil them a couple times a year to release any hidden particles captured in the fibers that laundering couldn’t remove.

I’ve never seen a dollar tree store stocked like ones she shows. Low or high income neighborhoods, all crappy. She must be in the know with the CEO

The Dollar Tree scrubby things fall apart too easily for me. I’ll try the brand name ones in the near future.

Thank you! I love your cleaning tips. I’m disabled with a chronic pain disorder and a few other illnesses, anything that helps me get the clean I want without the physical torture I get is a blessing to me. Your channel is one of my absolute favorites and most watched!

Yes FINALLY a bucket that separates the dirty water from the clean. I always say that the old still of moping is NOT CLEAN. I mean your putting a dirty mop in the clean water and then getting the water dirty to then mop the floor with the now dirty water ...I mean HELLOOOOO!!! 🤦🏻♀️😆 LOVE your videos by the way 🥰

I just bought all new stuff to update our master bathroom and I was telling my Husband that our tub is grimy gross... it made me feel like all this new stuff isn't gonna matter because that tub is next level YUK!! While watching I was like, "oh yeah, dawn powerwash and my scrub daddy!!" Why didn't I think of that?! But who cares, you did and now I'm off to scrub that pit of a tub!!! Thanks girlfriend 😘 Ps, my 13 yr old son is OBSESSED with Scrub Daddy, he even bought 1 for my 3yr old grandson, lol. They love to do the dishes together... it is hilarious 🥰

We just bought the old cedar mop about a month ago, it was only six dollars more than the regular one. Well anyway, I did not know how to get the water back in and my husband could not believe that we weren’t using a bucket for the other side as he had seen you do. I told him that was a different cedar mop. And then today I went to use it again, and my husband showed me how you lift up the red tab in order to let the water in! It was so funny because he wanted me to buy a tub to put inside the o cedar! But he never seen you lift the red tab he just figured it out. He’s one that does not read directions! He does not want to read directions! He’s one of those guys you know that is such a dude that he thinks he can do it without any of help. BUT he DOES KNOW THAT JESUS IS ALL OF our HELP! John, 15:5 JESUS SAYS, WITHOUT ME YE CAN DO NOTHING! AMEN!

I'm sorry but .. i just don't believe plain water to mop with will 'kill germs' and get the floors as clean as they need to be. If that was true, we could just bathe ourselves & our hair with plain water and save a boatload of $. Love all the other tips though. The one tip i would really like to know is WHERE DO YOU GET SO MUCH ENERGY?! .. that is the one cleaning hack i need the most! 👍😁
