I have been hooked on vertical tabs for decades on the "old" Firefox with the appropriate extentions. Once you have used them, it's a major annoyance to go back to horizontal tabs. When Firefox phased out the classic extentions that were able to deliver that I switched to Pale Moon, and have been a happy camper there for years. But unfortunately more and more websites tend to use "Chrome Engine Only" features these days, so something happened that I thought would never happen, I installed a Microsoft product on my Linux box, because Edge is a better Chrome than Chrome.....

God knows why people love Chrome over Edge when it lacks even basic bookmark management features. Not talking about Collections in Edge. 1. Recently deleted so you can recover accidentally deleted bookmark 2. Duplicate finder for bookmarks 3. Find bookmarks is not possible from the top down menu in Chrome. You got to open the bookmark manager.

I found your video really helpful (so much that I suscribed to your channel). I am starting to use Edge as primary browser because Chrome slows down my old iMac and it seems to be better than Safari. On the other hand, I would like to make some small remarks: 1-IMHO your speaking speed is too fast for aged guys like me (75), but this is not a problem thanks to the KZitem feature that allows you to slow the speed of the video. 2-feature #1 (Immersive reading mode) not all websites have the icon available, so aged guys keep wondering what's going on that we cannot find it in the address bar. Just please warn us about this. 3-feature # 6 (save web content to Collections): it took me several minutes to realize that I had to pin the Collections screen otherwise, it disappears if I tried to add content in it. In all other tutorials there is no mention to this, so it might be something changed with the new Edge versions, or maybe my lack of experience

Been using edge as my primary browser ever since it got the chromium base. i use all of these features on a daily basis and the support for all the chrome extensions leave nothing to be desired absolutely no reason for me to go back to chrome.

You are very fun to watch! I've been using Edge for a while now and I'm pretty satisfied. It evolved a lot and now it feels like somebody is really thinking about improving the browsing experience. It finally gives the option to hide the title bar while in vertical tabs, so we actually get some extra vertical space.

Haha I see 😂 well hopefully we’ll get some much-appreciated additions in a Google update soon :3 my laptop could do with a little less of that memory hoarding from my Chrome tabs haha

@@Andrea_Dong Edge also eats up less RAM space in my experience, switch might be worth it if you’re not flush with processing power.

Hot tip: #9 QR Codes has been in Chrome since early in this year on stable channel... Edge just inherited it, so not really a feature Chrome doesn't have 😉 Great vid though man, funny expressions and all 👍

I've been using Edge for the past 2 years, and I love it. I don't have to hustle through the settings to change the defaults and it syncs across my other computers, even my phone.
