Hey Kasey! Should the 'Email from the founder' be included in the Welcome Flow? Or would it be more appropriate as a campaign?

It could be part of the welcome flow if you’d like to add more of an engagement/education-focused content. I’d only recommend it as email 3-4 or later. It also makes a very good email for the post purchase flow.
