Stoneboy just can't help himself. He can’t mask his hatred and envy of Nigeria for too long. He had to chip in the worn-out “419” smear when the issue of Nigerian dominance in the arts scene came up-he just had to do it. He also had to switch to his local language so the foreign audience don't get the depth of his bitterness immediately after he said that people would rather go to a Davido concert than attend his own show. You can’t usurp Nigeria(if that’s your goal)- know this and know peace. 1. Our entertainment dominance is organic, not forced. It is more organic than intentional. There is no agenda either by our government or any group to take over or dominate the world- we’re just being ourselves and the world is noticing that. 2. We are comfortable in our skin; we show up as we are (either you hate us or love us). This is one of the best recipes for success in the entertainment world. The Ghanaians on the other hand are conscious of how they are perceived. As a result, they feel the need to mask, whitewash, and misrepresent their true reality. They resort to promoting propaganda and false narratives. This attitude won’t take you far in the entertainment world. Unfortunately for them, people can see through that very easily. Entertainment thrives on authenticity. 3. Nigerians are widely travelled. We are all over the world and we travel with our culture and arts wherever we go. Nigerian musicians, writers, academics, scientists, and other highly skilled professionals are scattered all over the globe. You can’t beat our reach, because you are not as widely travelled and adventurous as we are. It bears repeating that there is little intentionality in this-it is organic. We do it without thinking of it. 4. You speak Twi- which only you and probably an enclave in Ivory Coast or Togo may understand. We speak Pidgin, which we have promoted all over the world through our travels, movies, literature, comedy, and music. Pidgin (which in itself is a sweet, creative, and funny language) is the lingua Franca of our creative industry. Ghanaians have to either speak English( which is not their mother tongue) or Twi( which “nobody” understands). Many African and Caribbean countries have a working understanding of pidgin- thanks to the Nigerian entertainment industry. 5. Although we take immense pride in the growth of our entertainment industry, we don’t see it is a nationalistic enterprise. We see it as private business. We understand SHOWBIZ and run it with minimal sentiments. The Ghanaians on the other hand want to outsource the business of running Showbiz to their government. They want to turn it to a nationalistic endeavor. They think that the government of Nigeria has any hand in the growth of our industry-it is the exact opposite. The government is totally out of it; even in some extreme cases, the government has worked against our creatives. 6. Nigeria doesn’t see Ghana as a rival or competitor. I wish the Ghanaians will just understand this and leave us alone and mind their business. The average Nigerian, including our creatives, thinks about how to make money or be successful in his or her chosen career-not how to make Nigeria better than Ghana . We don’t have time for such pettiness and inanities in Nigeria.

You are the most foolish Nigerian I have ever seen, he was ask what, Nigeria is doing and Ghana is not doing in terms of music,he stated, let’s mute Nigeria and see if Ghanaian is pushing like Nigeria meaning, meaning Ghanaian artist are not doing better, and stated again from the beginning of highlife where our legends tour Europe and other country but still haven’t affect im pushing Ghana music enough compared to Fela and ect but has affect the pushing of Nigeria music, and praise Nigeria of how we been known by the west as 419 country and know changing the scene with Afrobeats. Which means Nigeria is doing better. So I think your hate for him and your ignorance is driving your crazy to write this unnecessary article just to tarnish his image. Once again you are very stupid, olodo mumu, werey. Come back again
