The results of this have proven effective in their development. They are the very best learners between 0 and 6 years old. Lol, I'd be just pointing out all kinds of things, and asking them about it. I'm a great grandma, now. I have learned something I'd like to share. . . When the tiny people go on like this, they ARE talking. If we listen closely, we can catch the family's vocal cadences and tonal inflections. Because they can't *quite* form all the sounds an older person can, the babies even get frustrated that we don't understand. They are trying REALLY hard to tell us. 💖 baby darlings.

@@pinpointshooter6074 I understand your perspective. I am pretty sure we would agree that fetus gender reveal parties are all about the parents trying to control their child's gender, even before they are born! 🤬🤬 However, I do have a view about how we talk to babies that differs from yours. I am coming from the the view of a parent, and someone who has studied a bit of early childhood development and psychology. I think that it's fine to casually call a baby he/she based on biological sex, and not make a big deal out of gender at that age, because they don't understand the meaning. When they do understand the meaning, and start correcting you, then you know to change to their correct gender. The majority of kids will be cis-gender, so it will be a validating part of their identity. Those who aren't cis-gendered will notice dissonance and come to a realization about their gender sooner than if you use gender neutral terms. Gender neutral would be great, in general, but biological sex is important in evaluation of early childhood development, in terms of the rate of milestones reached. Biological girls' development is naturally faster than that of boys', which is an important consideration, to avoid potential problems being missed. Also, biological boys have testosterone boosts, especially at 4 years old, when their testosterone doubles, which is important to understand in terms of behavior. Being diagnosed with behavioral issues, when their behavior is a natural part of their development, will obviously cause ongoing problems. So it's important for people involved in a child's care to know the child's biological sex, to provide them with the understanding and care they need. Obviously, if they are not cis-gender, that's vitally important to know, too! If you have formed a trusting bond with your child, and given them the time, and respect, for then to talk about their thoughts and feelings, and ask questions about issues regarding body and gender, they will make clear it to you how they feel about their gender. If all goes to plan, it will be an ongoing open discussion through their development to adulthood. I am very glad my child felt comfortable to talk with me, and openly express emotions with me. They needed to explore gender for a while. Between us we were able to figure out that they had negative connotations and fears regarding their gender. Once these were identified and addressed, they were comfortable being themselves. :) I am not saying my perspective is right. Facts are facts, but the rest is my opinion..I might consider something new, and change my mind! I just thought I may have raised some things you might not have considered. Sorry this is long! You are obviously a thinking person, so thought you could handle it! :)

@@pinpointshooter6074 There are 2 genders, male and female. We don’t have a choice which of the two is produced after a man and woman make a baby. Very simple, no need to complicate matters and create confusion. This is a little girl and her biological makeup will always be female no matter what.
