progress is not linear. Sometimes you go back into your old habits and its normal but dont give up! Btw, you don't have to FEEL hungry to lose weight. Eat SMALL portions of healthy but filling food. Like porridge with an apple and nuts for breakfast. Homemade vegetable soupe with rice cakes and cream cheese or hummus for lunch. These types of meal keep you full without being hight in calories and prevent you from snacking. Also drink a lot of water. Water make you feel full and on top on that clears your skin.
