People m8ght not like my comment but however I am a guy who's abuesed the substance to change reality and I will day if it wasn't for the fact of chasing the experience I would have never found dmt I done it one and that was enough however its not something to be taken likely but this guy on the pod cast has a very good point I found my soul so not everyone will have the same experience but psychedelics is and always has been the way to understand

wow Christian is such an interesting guy. He seems so authentic. He has such unshakable belief in himself and his vision it seems he has successfully taught himself to push through self doubt and any level of negativity in his life. I believe so many people try and do this and fail. He is pretty remarkable. And as for all of his business ideas and future plans, wow. I can't wait to see what the future holds, I know for sure ill be keeping a close watch on Christian. Thanks Steven, another awesome watch!

Been in private practice as a psychotherapist for 11 years. Still hanging in there. Still filled with doubt and going through the highs and lows. Today I truly realised that my business won't grow if I don't plan. After listening to hours of DOAC content, so many (not all) entrepreneurs seem rather logical and I am wondering how I can plan as a creative. I find abstract thought so difficult

Very interesting guy who I had never heard of before :) thanks for the interview Steven! My perspective is that only having positive thoughts undermines the fact that life is both beautiful and complex. Destruction is required for construction and discomfort is part of the process. This is what Brene Brown refers to as “toxic positivity” if we think that we have to be positive all the time it causes us to suppress our emotions and creates shame when we feel anything but positive. Great that he is able to think positively all the time but for a lot of people it’s better to actually feel what we feel, label it and try to step back and view it objectively - so as he does in thinking what is this trying to teach me? Then find a way forward without getting into toxic thought patterns and rumination. I don’t think positive thinking and trying to control everything around you to be positive all the time is real life. We have to strengthen our ability to cope in those situations which means confronting it and facing our emotions not trying to avoid them and tell ourselves we should be thinking positively all the time.

Detach from your label.....listening to your inside. This video was very very insightful for me. Love that Christian wants to remain beautiful and yet a very serious- business person (contrast). I love backless feminine dresses and my partner thinks my male staff sometimes misbehave because I look feminine but I refuse to wear black and boxy clothes - my soul loves floral dresses and my soul loves running my business.

The secret to Christian's success is his mindset. If something goes wrong he would think how do i fix this and enjoy being part of the process of working for a solution (1:17:34), rather than being a defeatist. This can be applied universally. I don’t know if I would like to live for too long . But , the part where you would get to choose when you’ve had enough , and when you would like to sign out , that would be a great thing . Even with sick people , or elderly people now , getting to choose when you want to die would be such an amazing thing . I know it’s available in the Netherlands (if I remember correctly ) . But nowhere else .

Spot on about alcohol. Alcohol still the number 1 r*pe drug. How many town centres and cities are full of drunks and violence needing police and hospitals. All my negative experiences and bad decisions were because I drank alcohol. My childhood was effected by my Dad's alcohol consumption. We have relationships with alcohol and that's more important than relationships with family & friends. Society says alcohol is acceptable and we use alcohol for celebrations and everything we do. Children see this and think it's ok and they wait for their time to drink. Sad. So important to let our children know it's ok not to drink. There's no safe drinking levels. I could have bought a house or had world experiences with the amount of money spent on alcohol. My social life is restricted because of alcohol. The government very happy with the revenue so don't expect them to help. The positives are I've stopped drinking alongside my husband for 11 years now, not smoking and vegan for animals. Keep it simple... do no harm.

Christian is so right about not setting an alarm. Really think about it for a second, your body is doing the most natural thing it can do by sleeping, you are in a calm natural sleep, maybe you are at stage R or a real deep slumber, and then... BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP BEEP!!!! It has to be so bad on your body/mind and I did it for 25 years. I actually was going to introduce something at a company I co-founded and let the teams pick their shift daily depending on when they woke up naturally, also doing more hours in the summer and less in the winter. But once you have a baby you don't need an alarm. ;) But you do have the best reason to wake.
