This is a beautiful and smart African woman. She appears to be a great person. The other thing is she is ignorant of how white supremacy really works in the USA. What she described about how she’s viewed as an African woman is how white supremacy views Africans and Black people in general. The “normal” she described is how white supremacy has established as “normal” in the US and the UK. It is sad how all immigrants to the USA believe the narrative of the US that white supremacy created. It is critical that all black immigrants from Africa and the Diaspora seek guidance and counsel from Black Americans on how white supremacy works in the USA.

I' m a retired black female dentist. Outside of being in a private practice, I also taught at a technical college where I monitored the student's outside office experiences. My most problematic offices were with Nigerian dental practices. I had to stress the term " harassment " and how it could damage their practice and possibly of losing their license. A couple of offices were removed from our list of training sites. My best advice to any forgein healthcare provider or anyone entering the field engage with a black person working in the area you intend to enter even the custodians. You may not think much of us but were the buffer , been there, done that, experienced the after effects.

This is not just any woman, THIS, is Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie, one of the BEST female authors in Africa!!! She is Nigerian. I did not give you a Like for this video because you didn't do any research on your content, as is evidenced by the fact that there is no description, AND you didn't know who you chose for your content. I DO hope you grow your channel, with a little more effort.
