@useless moron When your neighborhoods are overpoliced, its easier to get arrested. Take Stop and Frisk in NY. 88% of those people weren't convicted or fined of anything. That's harassment. The ones that were, it was overwhelmingly a weed charge.That's not what they were supposed to be looking for. If you're focused primarily on one area when looking for crime, that's where you're gonna find crime. Also, statistically, we get longer sentences for the same crimes.
