Thank you also for the visit to the Veterans Memorial. Sadly there are many all over the world and many cemeteries in France, some at the side of the road - in fields, tended by the British and Commonwealth War Graves Commission. It’s the 80th anniversary of the D-day landings in Normandy, France, today . Phil, Suffolk, U.K. 🇬🇧

Yes... when we visit in November on our cruise our first stop is in Cherbourg, France and we hope to do a day trip to the beaches of Normandy to remember all those who lost their lives. I am sure it will be a very emotional day for us.

i remember May 18th very well. We too. lived in Spokane at that time. Thanks for sharing your garden. Those are not ready for the PBA but it is still fun to go to a rodeo. May we all treasure the memories of those who paid the ultimate sacrifice for freedom. May they have not died in vain for this great experiment in self-governance in the pursuit of freedom.

I loved this update Stacey and Gary. As far as the diet goes, you do you. Giving up pop is a big one, way to go! The blues of the sky and greens of the landscape are perfect. Gary I’m not surprised at you getting the picnic table going. Ace and I think that table is incredible sir. You may have missed your calling in woodworking. Absolutely stunning! Dee

Interesting final rack construction. A little brute force to finish, a good fit! In England a hammer taken to the job is often referred to as a ‘Canadian screw driver!’ 😂 No reflection on our Commonwealth partners, of course. Regards, Phil, Suffolk, U.k.🇬🇧

Beautiful Memorial Day Prayer. Glad to see all the neat things you have been accomplishing on your homestead. Hope you can put that moose rack to use soon.

Actually with a roadkill moose if it is a bull it wouldn't be that large as its still regrowing in the Spring and we have to turn in the rack to fish and game. But we could potentially get a cow as well.

That table is awesome and when you was talking about strawberries you know when you go to cut the top part off if you'll take it outside and put it in your dirt it'll start I'm in Georgia hours does after we cut them off and eat them I take the green part with a little bit of the strawberry left on there and stick it in the dirt and I get strawberry plants

I have to say that Gary did an amazing job on the picnic table. It’s really beautiful. Also I have been wanting to go on the carnivore diet. It seems to be the best diet out there. Now does that include fish? I know it’s all animal so just asking. Good luck with your diet
@LivingFreeAlaska

Yes it does. Basically anything that is not plant based. We are eating what is called dirty carnivore where we allow ourselves eggs, some cheeses and dairy. Check out Dr Ken Berry MD’s channel. Lots of great info there.

@LivingFreeAlaska

I will never be exactly on true time. I have a business to run and a house to take care of and some days we do nothing shareworthy. We also don’t share in exact real-time for our safety and security since we aren’t always home. To us 2-3 weeks is real-time. And then to top things off for me to produce a 30-40 minute video takes around 10-16 hours of editing time. It’s not as simple as you may think to share our lives and adventures with you.
