Five small sized eggs

A glass of milk
A glass of sunflower oil
A cup of raisins
A cup of dried apricots
A cup of powdered hazelnuts
A cup of walnuts
Half a tea glass of chocolate chips
A teaspoon of cinnamon
A pack of baking powder
A pack of vanilla
Ten tablespoons of flour
Chocolate chips for the topping
Preparation:
We break the eggs into the mixing bowl. After frothing for 3 minutes with sugar, we add milk fat and mix it once more. We add apricots, grapes, hazelnuts, walnuts, chocolate, vanilla, baking powder, cinnamon, flour and mix them with a whisk. We pour it into our mold, which is greased with butter and sprinkled with some powdered hazelnuts. And walnut pieces on top. We put it in a preheated oven at 180°, one below the middle level. After 25 minutes, we reduce it to 160 ° without opening the oven door. It gets cooked for 50 minutes in total. After taking it from the oven, we turn our cake over and serve it with a well brewed tea.
Note;
You can increase the sugar to 1.5 cups of water if you want.
Also, do not put chocolate on the cake before sending it to the oven. After you get out of the oven, you can sprinkle chocolate or powdered sugar on the cake.
