Just wait till you try a donair dipper. 😉 Where I work donairs are on the menu, and we also have bite sizes pieces of breaded deep fried donair meat.

There seems to be a lot of slight variations in many of the videos I've watched. Mainly how thin the slices of meat are, browning the slices in a pan or not, and sweetened condensed milk or evaporated milk in the sauce. They all look great though! 🌯 Cheers! 🌯

Thank you! Yes, in most cases they will slice them quite thin. And there are definitely a few variations in ingredients and methods. But these truly are a tasty meal!!

I reheat the meat by frying it and imo thinner slices are not as dry as thick chunky slices. As far as milk goes, it is evaporated milk. The only places here in Halifax that use condensed milk are franchises. None of the mom &pop pizza joints use condensed milk.
