the weekly boomer HoN stories are the best. As a newer player, these pods are just so good to get acquainted with the pro scene, players and history of the game.

This podcast is actually good and eye-opening. As for me, I am Western educated but I live in the East so I understand both sides. If you look at it from the Western eyes, yes this is fun and games, but the East is more conservative they don't do it, especially in official matches. But I think they are adapting and trying to understand that this is not malicious and good for the game. I hope the Chinese watch this podcast and understand it as it is.

Thank you for this podcast Cap, it’s my favorite piece of Dota content nowadays. You’re doing a great job of letting the pros speak their minds without intruding or making it feel exploitative while also keeping it actually interesting. Keep it up! PS Skiter’s demonstrated lack of self awareness in this episode is characteristic of his most recent Void performance
@SuhandiWijaya
6 ай бұрын
Emotional or not emotional is not an act, you're kinda born with it. Skiter didn't born with it but sees it as interesting and wants to dip his toe in the water, and there is nothing wrong with that. But people like Ammar or Malrine, are definitely born with it. I say that because I am like them too, when I play Dota, I enjoy the flaming more than the game itself sometimes. They live for that.

Definitely one of the best episodes yet. I thought Skiter was going to have some hot takes and just 3 minutes in that was already true. I also really appreciate you discussing Taiga. I honestly thought you wouldn't given how close Insania was to him but as you said, lots of people expected such a big event to be discussed, so thanks for doing that.

Loving the podcasts, guys! I'd love to see a tier list of Cap's best and worst casting moments. Feel like it would be a bit of fun. I would also love to hear more about your career as a caster, Cap. It's been so cool hearing from Quinn and Aydin about their experiences in the pro scene, and I'd love to hear about how you got to where you are and how the talent/caster role has developed over the years. To me, some of the biggest moments in dota would not be as memorable without the casting alongside them (eg. "It's a disaster" or "Ding, ding, ding motherf***er").

Hey Cap, really enjoying these podcasts. Just a tip, it's bad to assume that your audience knows everything that goes on. For instance when Skiter brought up the Fata tweet, if its going to be discussed on the podcast, it should also be shown so that everyone knows. I'm sure most people do already know it, but for those who are left in the dark it's not the best experience.

This some great and insightful content, loved it! One critique though, I hope constructive, no offense intended. The use of "like" is just too much guys. Skiter is a guest so it doesn't matter, but with 3 hosts, 2 out of which are American, I know it can be worked over easily through time! Not pointing fingers, just giving an overall impression. As a fan, I consider it my right and duty, since I'm planning to watch more :)

Yea for me Insania is right ,if you are talking shit you should be able to receive it back if game goes other way around and the opponent will trash talk for sure if you start but if you mute them you can’t see what they chat . But skiter isn’t the most one to trash talk so might be muting all but ammar and marline is ,if those two are muting opp than it is a bitch move who can’t handle it .
