This series of videos is suitable for programmers with minimal (or no) programming experience who want to learn Java. In this video, we will write a complete input/processing/output program in Java using console (text) input and output. We'll also go over some other features of Eclipse. This is an overview, and in future videos we'll go into more detail about data types, variables, constants, calculations, input, and output in Java.
There is a suggested (free) book below that you could read along with the videos lessons. However, the video is very straightforward and can also stand alone or accompany any other introductory Java textbook. Let's have some fun learning to program in Java!
