Westcoast Canada's cozy rain in Autumn season. The pouring rain has been a source of comfort. This also mean a lot of warm cup of tea for me, as flu season draws near, and stocking up on vitamin D to keep the blues away. I've been spending my days indoor more, journaling, lighting candles or incense and putting on my favourite Spotify playlists [songs i used to play around the house that Precious and i both enjoyed]. I've also started doing Yoga again, go for walks around the neighbourhood on the weekday and some nature hikes on the weekend. Nature has been another great source of comfort and healing, a great way to recharge and gain a fresh outlook on life all together.
