Keep it up guys. You are off to a good start with the equipment you have. Once you have a license and a vehicle you will be able to grow quickly. Just remember your overhead will go up significantly with that so price accordingly.

Legit got pulled over by a cop when i was probably 13. I use to drive my smaller john deer ride on to jobs to cut. Cop lit me up and called my mother to pick up the mower haahah. When the cop left she said now go cut your lawn and come home when your done, love my mother hahah.

Skags are a good choice. If you keep it clean and maintained, they have great resale value if/when you need something else. Not sure how you maintain your blades. A good cheap route to start with that will last a long time but doesn't cost the 800 or so bucks like a dedicated blade sharpener costs, is a cheap benchtop belt sander from harbor freight or your local cheap tool store. Thanks for sharing the video.

@chasinggreenlawnservices I used one for years, quick, cheap, and easy. Check your blades degree angle, for skag blades it should be 35°. Doesn't matter if you use metal specific sand paper or just the regular. Both work/last about the same. Try them both out to see which you like better, though. Don't have to make them razor sharp, it'll just dull instantly and you'll lose blade material quicker. The blade angle is more important. And unless you hit something you shouldn't, you'll only need to re sharpen roughly every 24 hours of run time. Or when you start to notice the grass being torn instead of a clean cut. A cheap air pump and tire plugs are a good idea to carry. Nothing like getting a flat on a big job and being stuck. Good luck in your endeavors. And be safe.

@@chasinggreenlawnservices since lawn mower tires love to lose their beed when flat you might want to find a video here on KZitem on how to use rope or a ratchet strap to put pressure on the tire to force the beed so you don't end up wasting a can of fix a flat or just not being able to fill the tire cause it's leaking air quicker than you can put it in. Me and good luck have never been on good terms so I've had to fix a lot with limited tools lol. Landscaping has always been my back up career anytime I got sick of working for others. Used to skip school to go mow yards. Not the brightest idea I've ever had. But if you ever need some advice or whatever feel free to comment here and I'll do my best to help out where I can.

The 425 445 455 are heavy machines and are a little rough riding on uneven lawns, so your stand up mower is is ideal for residential lawns.
