This is bringing back memories..... I was at Exeter in 1999 young offenders wing for about week an half then shipped out to portland young offenders then wen 21 went back to Exeter on adult wing for bwt couple weeks then shipped to channings Wood.... All I remember is 23 hour bang up didn't have a TV until I went channings wood.... Food was terrible never slept so much..... portland was totally different very strict and violence was happening every day.... Good video by the way all the best.

@@WilliamBonneyPodcast Exactly. I've never been inside, but I've known various people who have, and even though prisons in the UK might be better, as a whole, than ones here in the US, they don't sound like a cakewalk by any means. @@WilliamBonneyPodcast best thing if you want to get impressive muscle then start age 15/16 last year of school 🏫 is perfect as gives you 4 years head start over most people who start about age 20 plus I think. Why would anyone put themselves in a situation whereby you'd end up in a place like this. I suppose people can blame their childhood or something else or drugs or woe is me. The world doesn't owe us a living. Life isn't perfect, there is no such thing. If people do have a so called perfect life, sometimes there is a situation that occurs and they can't cope with it it because they've never had to.
