Hi Lauren😉. Thanks for another great video. You guys are awesome. You inspired me to star my own juice bar. I'm preparing my business plan right now😜. Quick question: have you considered to use a commercial citrus juicer like a zumex or something like that for the oranges and lemons?

Hey hey, try adding a little lemon. Half a lemon per 2 apples is a good place to start. What kind of juicer are you work on? Try keeping your apples in the fridge too!

looking for more insight on this; wouldn't putting the almonds through the vitamix first, strip the finished almond milk product of some of its nutrients as supposed to putting them in the press first???
@LaurenMattice

Hey hey, there’s definitely a spectrum of processing, but to get any type of yield, flavor and nutrition, it has to be done. Over process and you’re left with damaged, heated produce. Under process and you’re left with poor yields and bland flavors because you aren’t extracting anything from the veggies. For some reason there’s this misconception that produce doesn’t get cut up before it’s pressed. You have to find the sweet spot. Process just enough to where you can get a good press and not damage the produce. It’s like dialing in an espresso machine. Practice makes perfect 👌🏻 The X1 mini takes all the guess work out. It perfectly grinds everything you put in it and makes some dope a** juice!
