These blogs remind me of my time working as a rousie in the shearing sheds in New Zealand.I can almost smell the wool, feel my soft hands from the lanolin in the fleece. The sound of the shears, the call for sheep oh,the dogs barking ,the sweat running.Honestly nobody does a harder day's work than a shearer working his way through 300 sheep per day.

I love your personalities, your energies, & how you approach your videos with the hearts of teachers. Your jobs look absolutely grueling & like heaven. I had the misfortune to grow up an animal-loving country girl in a large family of exclusively city folk, who not only didn't like or understand animals (and thus, me), but who were almost entirely anti-animal. I wanted nothing more than to live on a farm with animals, poop and all, and never even had anyone to understand that need or allow me to spend any time like that. 55 years later, with a body not holding up so well and no funds to start, it's too late to dive in the deep end. I'm grateful for youtube videos like yours, that allow me a look into a life I would have loved. Thank-you for sharing it.
