That omega 6 to 3 ratio also looks dangerous for longterm body inflammation. What are your homocysteine, CRP, HA1C and hormone profiles like on this high inflammation diet? That would be interesting to see.

I've been eating primal for over a year. My dr. was shocked, and said my numbers looked like those of an 18 year old. I'm 42. I'm done with force feeding myself grains and following the so called healthy way of eating. I feel better than I have in years.

Video starts @5:50. The rest is just product endorsement. So you only eat 1150cals a day? I guess eating that much fat one would have to run on caffeine and starve hardcore for the weight to come off or to stay lean. What have been your experiences since getting on TRT and starting HGH? You mentioned its a good idea in your blog. Would be great to see a video about it as well. I don't know if I could do the primal paleo diet. I love my carbs too much!

The key is balance in life. The only thing I don't agree with Mark on is how he sells his supplement products. They are clearly overpriced and some of his products contain ingredients that he says to stay away from. But at the end of the day he is a smart guy and has a ton of followers and is running a business so you have to take that into account. How you look doesn't always reflect how healthy you are. So for durianrider and all his followers to cite ripped people who follow a high carb diet as examples of proof is pretty laughable. Of course a long distance runner will be skinny if he expends that many calories. Why don't all you high carbers actually get some blood work done and try both diets out and compare the two. I was a staunch supporter of a high carb diet because of athletics in high school and college. I experimented with various diets and came across the high fat low carb diet and tried it out for a few weeks and noticed immediately a few things. I dropped a few pounds, I slept better, and I had no energy crashes or lethargy like I used to on a high carb diet. This is primarily because high carb foods converts into glucose which raises insulin in your body and you store more fat. You can obviously still have a great physique and eat carbs if you burn alot of calories. Just like you can eat a high fat low carb diet and get fat if you don't workout at all. The key is balance. If you want to still eat some carbs then eat your carbs if that makes you happy. But bashing other people to prove your point is not going to get you anywhere. Go do some qualitative research, try both diets as an experiment and get blood work done on the high carb diet you are on now and do a high fat low carb diet for a month or two and get more blood work done and compare. And then make your case rather than just making accusations that have no merit.

So you don't inject steroids every day, or did you leave that part out so as not to give people the wrong idea that your high fat diet is unhealthy and causes weight gain and you compensate for that by taking steroids? Don't you think it's dishonest to sell people a diet and recommended a lifestyle when you can't even follow it without taking drugs?
@fgjfdgjf

Haha good life too sad it doesn’t work like that in the world of 99.8 % of human beings and all the souses and dressings in the world will not make up for the flexibility, low stress and high end lifestyle that Mark lives :) indeed the “heavy lifting” as he called it is done by all his employees who will check and improve on his creative content and will make sure that all the boring work in the office and all the paperwork is done properly. And I bet their daily routine looks nothing like his
