More North Wales narrow gauge action now, as we visit the pioneer of railway preservation, the Talyllyn Railway. Doing the rounds during our visit were no.6 'Douglas' and no.4 'Edward Thomas'. Before we crack on with the shots of the railway, we take a brief look at the Tal-y-Llyn Lake, which is situated at the foot of Cadair Idris.
Shots included of the railway are:
No.6: Cynfal x2, Dolgoch Falls and Quarry Sidings, I actually forgot at the time they collected the token there....wondered why they stopped.
No.4: Near Pendre, Rhydyronen, Dolgoch Viaduct, Dolgoch Falls (only just, after catching her at the viaduct!), near Abergynolwyn and crossing the Forestry Commission road outside of Abergynolwyn.
Filmed on a Panasonic HS900 with a Pro Sound L92AA microphone.
Enjoy.
