@moondoggy88 nice cover man, i like it when people dont play the song so exact, but i do agree with the comment of you hitting your pedal so hard. i think something that would help is if you took your seat and raised it up all the way and set your set to that hight. the way you sit your leg makes a 90 degree angle and you have to pick your whole leg up to hit the pedal.

pretty solid dude. I'd kill myself sitting that low. doesn't it make your legs tire out quicker lifting them above your hips? idk..maybe just a "me" thing. haha

Not strictly true mate, you can use French grip if you like, but I know what your getting at. German grip is defiantly the most energy efficient grip. Only risk of French grip for Rock music is that you can risk getting repetitive strain injury, as French grip was used for dynamical playing like on Timpani drums. However some Modern rock players use this grip and they seem to be fine.

Nice Cover dude, you have some tasty chops and kept on top of the beat my only suggestion, is raise your seat up, looks like your legs are very flat, raise your seat up it will give u a better posture and make double bassing easier and faster. Does feel a bit different at first but you will get used to it. I used to sit low like you for ages and noticed that I could play my double bass chops alot tighter, with more power and control. when I put my throne higher. Hold this suggestion helps man.

Rotate both of of your hands 90 degrees you want your palms down thats the correct way to hold a drums stick. It makes everything much easier once you break that bad habbit

@skatetodate515 Pointing me out for a few improvised snare hits doesn't seem very constructive. If an exact beat-for-beat copy of the song is the kind of precision you expect then let me see you do it yourself. Also it IS a physical struggle because it takes several takes to get it right, and it's kind of a fast song.
