48:20. are those multiple different SNP probes or similar probes, attached covalently to the gate oxide? If they are different probes, how is the device detecting which probe had been activated? what does it mean the spacing between the two probes in the middle of the figure? Why is the attachment of the strongly-attached probe to target DNA resulting in a different charge density across the semiconductor than when it is attached to the weakly-attached-complementary strand?
