Eugene may as well have been John's nephew. Great chemistry and pair of minds. Thank you for Eugene for sharing your vulnerability with us as I know how hard it must be for you and also thank you for sharing some of your precious time and moments spent training with the great Mountain Dog. Warm thoughts go out to you and John's family.

After getting lazy during 2020, I got my arse back in gear last year, and John’s videos were beyond invaluable to me in terms of building my program. Yours too of course! I was so upset when I learned of his passing, he seems like a great guy I would have been honoured and privileged if I’d known. I’m so sorry for the loss of your friend.

Love the vid. I started watching John around the time lockdowns were occurring in the UK, he helped give me the kick I needed to get in the gym (when I could) and now I've been more consistent than I ever have in my life. John also helped introduce me to your content too and also made me think about plenty of other things too. Gutted he's gone and I wont get to meet him either.

Damn, a natty KZitemr who looks awesome. Good on you👍skull crushers with bodyweight are the best. Ez bar puts too much pressure on the wrist and inner elbow. The bodyweight shoulder press (feet on ground, ass in the air, back sloped and lined up with shoulders, like a triangle shape) where your hands are just in front of your head, just do the skull crusher range of motion and it hits so well. Adjust hand positioning that hits the tris and doesn't stress the body parts too much👍 oh and subbed

i could not pay attention to this, sent me back into memory playback mode while video was playing but not for the reasons you might hope if you loved John Meadows. @coacheugeneteo

No he wasn't. As someone who's had countless breakfasts with him, here's what he'd have - 2 eggs and a slice of sourdough toast. Even that was a stretch most of the time. He literally COULDN'T have a high fat diet due to his pre-existing medical condition and having his colon removed. He never bashed any diet, stop spreading false information
