Hello friends! Welcome to my kitchen! Today I'm going to show you a recipe for tender and juicy meat. Imagine: juicy meat, fried until golden brown, with a delicate, soft aroma that literally melts in your mouth! You can prepare this dish right at home in just a few simple steps. Preparation and ingredients:
1 kg pork (pork neck).
Cut the meat lengthwise and crosswise.
Cut into the meat, leaving it about 1-1.5 cm thick.
Set the meat aside and prepare the dry spice mixture.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon dried garlic.
1 teaspoon black pepper.
2 teaspoons paprika.
1/2 teaspoon hot chili pepper.
Mix well.
Sprinkle meat with spices.
Rub the spices well into the meat.
Set the meat aside and prepare the sauce (marinade).
Grate a small piece of ginger root.
3-4 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
3 tablespoons cranberry sauce.
Mix well.
Our marinade sauce is ready.
Grease a baking sheet with vegetable oil.
Place the meat on a baking sheet.
Lubricate the meat with cranberry marinade.
Cover the meat with cling film.
To marinate, place the meat in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Take the meat out of the fridge.
Insert a sprig of Razmarin.
Cover with foil.
Place in an oven preheated to 180°C/356°F for 60 minutes.
Remove meat from oven and remove foil.
Send to the oven for another 15 minutes.
1 cucumber.
Cut cucumber into half rings.
2 avocados.
Peel the avocado and cut it into small pieces.
Halves of red and yellow peppers.
Cut peppers into small pieces.
Chop 1 shallot.
Add arugula (I mixed arugula with raddicho).
You can add any of your favorite lettuce leaves.
100g mozzarella cheese.
Prepare salad dressing:
1/4 teaspoon salt.
1/4 teaspoon black pepper.
1/4 teaspoon basil.
1/2 teaspoon sugar.
1 teaspoon lemon juice.
Crush 1 clove of garlic.
2 tablespoons olive oil.
Mix well.
Pour sauce over the vegetables.
Mix well.
The meat is cooked and ready to serve.
