These cheesecakes are quick and easy to make.

Recipe:
Sift 440 g flour through a sieve.
200ml milk.
1 egg.
80 grams of sugar.
7g yeast.
40g melted butter.
1.5 grams of vanillin.
1/4 teaspoon salt.
Mix well.

250 grams of cottage cheese.
1 egg white.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
Add 20g butter.
Mix well.
Roll out the dough.
It is better to roll out the dough with a rolling pin.
Cut slits in the dough with a pizza cutter.
Put the filling on the dough.
I add 1 tablespoon of filling to each serving.
Roll up the dough as I show.

Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cover and set in a warm place for 30 minutes.
120g yoghurt.
1 egg yolk.
You can add sugar (optional).
Mix well.
Lubricate the buns with yogurt.
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for approx. 30-40 minutes.
The baking time depends on the characteristics of your oven.
Allow the rolls to cool completely.
Be sure to sprinkle with powdered sugar.
