Cooking recipe and ingredients:
200 gr. (7 ounces) dried apricots.
200 gr. (7 ounces) raisins.
Soak dried fruits in cold water for 15 minutes to remove preservatives.
25 gr. (0.9 ounces) instant gelatin.
Add 50 ml cold water.
Mix.
Let the gelatine swell.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) walnuts.
Fry the nuts a little.
100 gr. (3.5 ounces) almonds.
Fry the nuts a little.
Chop with a knife.
Dry the dried fruits.
Cut dried fruits into pieces.
200 gr. (7 ounces) ricotta or cottage cheese.
250 gr. (9 ounces) sour cream or plain, unsweetened yogurt.
1 tablespoon honey or favorite sweetener.
1 teaspoon vanillin extract.
Grind with a blender.
Melt the gelatin in the microwave for 20 seconds. Gelatin should not boil!
Mix.
Add nuts.
Add dried fruits.
Mix.
When the mixture begins to thicken, it can be melted in a water bath.
Grease a 19.5cm silicone mold.
Olive or vegetable oil.
Pour the mixture into the mold.
Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
40 gr. (1.4 ounce) sugar-free dark chocolate.
50 ml. (1.7 fl oz) milk.
Melt in a water bath.
Decorate.
Decorate with nuts.
Decorate again with chocolate.
Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes.
