With two growing children, Charlene and Granville are desperate to sell their two-bedroom Victorian terrace in Forest Gate, East London, and upgrade to a larger home…But after eight months, no offers, and a £50,000 price cut, they’re running out of steam. While the property has loads of potential, its crammed interiors, tired décor, drab main bedroom, and scuffed walls are proving a major turnoff. And, with no ‘for sale’ sign out front, and their agent on the other side of town, the listing is completely off the radar.
Enter property experts John Rennie and Sofie Allsopp. They vow to revive the home and the undercover sales approach. And while John finds a second local agent and convinces the couple to post a sign out front, Sofie revamps the bedrooms and the living room with a contemporary design plan and a fresh coat of paint. Will their approach pay off with a sale?
