Giants and the Niners what a rivalry nobody played Niners as well as the Giants back then 85,86,and 90 With big blue winning. 90 of course with the help of Craig's fumble. If not for the Giants Niners probably have 3 or 4 more titles. Hell even the 2011 NFC CHAMPIONSHIP was a war thank you Kyle Williams. Niners are still great Giants have to get their act together. THE MAN IN THE GLASS by Peter Dale Wimbrow, Sr. When you get all you want in your struggle for self And the world makes you king for a day Just go to the mirror and look at yourself And see what that man has to say. For it isn't your father, or mother, or wife Whose judgement upon you must pass The fellow whose verdict counts most in your life Is the one staring back from the glass. He's the fellow to please - never mind all the rest For he's with you clear to the end And you've past your most dangerous test If the guy in the glass is your friend. You may fool the whole world down the pathway of years And get pats on the back as you pass But your final reward will be heartache and tears If you cheated the man in the glass.

💥💥Definitely one of my top five coaches of all time Bill parcells. When you look at it this guy he's directly responsible for the Patriots dynasty in the 2000s and 2010s. If the Patriots don't hire Bill parcells in 1993 none of that success they had with Bill parcells and Bill belichick happens. He could've won more super bowls he did have the habit of leaving super bowl caliber teams. I understand the Giants you he was close to having a heart attack so he decided to retire. But he left a stack team a young team in the Patriots. The Jets weren't stacked but they were a good team. And the cowboys he had built that roster the previous four years. The cowboys started becoming a super bowl caliber team again.

Throughout the 90 season they held high scoring offenses. Marino to 3 points, Barry Sanders did nothing, held the Niners to 7 and 13 points and they held Buffalo to 17 points in the regular season also. THe offense was ridiculous. RB's carried the ball during the reg and post season 620 times and fumbled the ball away only once. The team had the fewest turnovers in history, possibly a record to this day. Simms was the highest rated passer before he got hurt. THis team beat down other teams into submission on both sides of the ball. I love this team.

Probably older than you. Been a die hard Giants fan since 1978. Past their Prime?? LOL!! They were in their prime. Statistically, the 1990 Giants were better on offense and defense than the 86 team. They were deeper at every position. On offense, RB's carried the ball 629 in the reg and post season and fumbled the ball away only once. They had a NFL record low for turnovers in a season. Simms was the top rated passer in the NFC before he got hurt. The offensive line was bigger and better than the 86 team. Defensively, they were ranked number one in points allowed. The secondary was far better than the 86 team plus you add Everson Walls into the mix and it just wasnt fair. The Giants held the top 2 offenses that season not once but twice. They held the Bills two 17 points in the reg season and SB. They held the Niners to 7 and 13 points in both games. They held Marino to 3 points, shut out Barry Sanders, locked down the Redskins twice and smashed a Rams team that had beaten them in the playoffs the year before. There is nothing more to say. Facts speak for themselves.
