Are you implying that you want her to work in your garden? 🤔 That's an odd thing to say. Most people would want to do this sort of thing themselves since it's therapeutic...
@The_Kevinist

@@ChildofYAH Or maybe he's implying he'd love to have a wonderful garden but doesn't have the time, knowledge and resources to make it happen therefore he'd love to have OP's mom in his backyard knowing full well she could turn it into something out of a fantasy movie. It was most likely more a compliment than an attack. This is what happens to your brain when you spend too much time on the internet, develop too much brainrot from all the liberal horseshit constantly shoved down people's throat and constantly go out of your way to pick imaginary fights with strangers in the name of social justice.

Strawberry plants from seed won’t necessarily give you good strawberries. You need to plant the runners off of good producing plants. The seeds will give you hybrids which are like apples- they will likely be crabapples. So, maybe you’ll get crab-strawberries.
@Xizario2
6 ай бұрын
Yes, but not exactly. Wild strawberry taste way better than cultivated strawberry. In contrast with wild apples... The downside is that hey are smaller, and chances for the plant to actually survive the given climate are smaller. And biggest issue: The strawberry plant have sex genes and can be hermaphrodite, maleness, femalness, partially fertile or fully fertile. So in short most of the plants grown from seeds will bloom but have no fruits. Or will not be able to self-pollinate. Or will not be able to self-propagade. So if you have 10 plants you will be lucky to have 1 that actually gives fruits and makes shootings for next years.

I can't really suggest growing them from seeds since the ones you grow will end up entirely different from the fruit you got them from. They're gonna be either small or sour or sometimes even bitter. This chance depends on the parent plants.
