Jesus is the way, and the truth, and the life! He, alone, sustains us and gives us TRUE Light, for He is the Light of the world🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 I agree with this Cara and Markus, however. Being proactive and disciplined ensures that we eat predominately healthfully. NOW- we have Bill Gates coating our produce in POISON!!! We have “the powers that be” in this world injecting our meat with MRNA. The W.E.F. has their maniacal and evil plan to decrease the population and “save” the planet! “They” are poisoning us! Therefore, do you best with you means and above all else, put your faith and trust in Christ Jesus! He is coming soon to pour out the wrath of God n this Christ-rejecting world. Follow Christ Jesus. Know that this world is under judgement and none are good apart from Christ Jesus.

I started eating 1 lb of cruciferous veges and some fruits every day. I also have flax seeds and chia seeds. I can’t have nuts in the house because my daughter is allergic to. Drinking almost a gallon of of water a day. Eating dates and apples when I want something sweet! It only takes a few days of this and my night sweats go away! I know this works but my husband who I will not leave is not on board. It’s a struggle worth fighting and I’m happy to do so! I fall off of the plan and eat the junk and then I start to hot flash and feel depressed because I know I’m gaining again. But here I go starting today healthy smoothies, avocados, Kim chi , purple cabbage, broccoli etc😊. My point is that I go back to the healthy a lot more quickly and stay eating healthy for longer now! It takes practice and healthy is what you become and your family cannot deny it. They are in awe of you😊

I did this, threw everything in the trash. I wouldn't wish the pain and suffering that this stuff causes on my worst enemy. The kitchen was basically empty. Filled it up with fruits and tender greens and got into the routine of going to the store every 3 days. It feels like you are being wasteful but it only wastes away your life. Remember when you buy bad you throw away the life you wish you had.

We can't travel two divergent paths and expect to get to our intended destination. It's a decision. If we want to be well, there is no alternative path that can get us there. The Greek root of the word "decision" is "deca" which means to cut. When we decide on something, we are cutting ourselves off from any alternative. Actually, I started enjoying Natto and Turmeric, thanks Cara, for sharing what you eat in a day a while ago, been having NATTO daily and look forward to it! I find the hardest is when you have a partner or friends who constantly eat croissants and cookies / have latte at a cafe where we meet for social time and I'm having a ginger tea- what helps is, bringing my own raw food cookie along! Thanks for the recipes, you guys. I just love you!!!!

Thank you for your videos! Also: to any parents reading this who feed/fed their kids healthful foods, thank you, thank you, thank you. I've met some overweight parents who like to believe that their kids are overweight due to genetics. However, once I saw what those parents regularly kept in their cupboards and refrigerators, I realized that, in many cases, it seemed unlikely that genetics were the culprit. Kids will develop their food habits based on what's kept in the house. When I once worked at a school, I was utterly amazed and saddened by seeing the crap some parents routinely packed for their kids' lunches or for snacks. It was a rare exception to see a child with an apple or other healthful fruit or veggie in their snack tote. Some parents even packed entire bags of highly processed junk containing toxic dyes. (And as I'm sure you already know, many dyes are neurotoxic -- so they contribute to -- or help cause -- kids' neurological issues.) I began experimenting bringing colorful bowls of apples, kiwis, etc., to school. The kids ate them up and said, "I'm gonna ask my mom and dad to buy these." Kids WILL eat healthful, delicious foods if they're hungry and those foods are around. And like you pointed out so well in this video, this was something I had to discipline myself to do, as well: only having healthful foods around at home. :-)

Give it to people you don't like. 😂 I can't even give the kid's Halloween candy away. I feel too guilty. Into the garbage it goes. They get a quarter for any candy they bring home, and then we throw the candy away. And Markus is so right about being with the right person! It took me and my husband almost 15 years to be on the same page, because it was about taste or health. Once we made it about family, being a united team for our children and honoring God, choosing to abandon all the unhealthy foods was conflict and grumbling-free. Your "why" is so important to have together as a couple.

That’s what I thought when I saw the title of this video - just don’t buy it!! 😅 When my son was in kindergarten, the mother of his friend asked me: „But what do you do when the kids see the double golden arch and nag about going to McD?“ The answer was that they don’t know what that sign is because they have never been there! It’s a struggle sometimes with school, although easier when we‘re in Germany. In Argentina they give them cookies and candy at school for breakfast - my son was not allowed to eat the banana he brought. But I can totally control what we buy.
