My landlord issued me a repossession of premises letter after my lease ended, then issued me an addition violation notice for failure to maintain electricity within that 30 days, fined me $103 dollars to be paid in full within 3 days demanding that I immediately vacate or legal actions would be taken against me and my deposit would be taken for damages because I chose not to renew another lease due to negligence of any mold repairs. Is that legal?

My old apartment complex told me to go by fans for my apartment. Most apartments still "fix" how high or low you can keep your temperature. So it is fixed. They just make it where it doesnt goes above or below a certain degree.
