Here we have a beef and pork stew that uses the many flavors that are in season during autumn. Cubed beef chuck and onion are first browned in a hot frying pan before being placed into a pot together with beer and flavorful spices. After an hour of cooking root vegetables and apples are added into the pot that now will cook along for another half hour. Diced smoked pork belly and mushrooms are then browned in a hot frying pan and added into the pot to cook until it is ready. This is a flavorful and filling stew that is perfect to make during harvest time! 😋
