Hopefully I can save up $5000 to buy the Canon R5 so I can start filming in 4k and be able to do it in slow motion! Be better for everyone

@@TheDufresnes I’ve moved from a DSLR to a mirrorless (Sony rx10 IV) body and fixed 24-600mm exactly because of the cost. One unit only now and the video quality is 4K and outstanding. It’s my only piece now instead of 2 bodies and 5 lenses. ;) As for video though, my iPhone 12 using Filmic Pro and a dji osmo 4 is pretty impressive as well. I got the Rhode wireless mic with it and it is worth the $200. :)

Nice, my m6 mark ii does shoot 4k and looks amazing but it doesn't shoot 4k in 60fps to get the proper slow motion b roll I like to film so I will definitely be upgrading again at some point. I like the ability to swap out lenses myself.

@@TheDufresnes Yeah, there’s a definite advantage to interchangeable lenses but I started doing some serious long distance motorcycle traveling and camping in 2017 and the pro gear just got to be too much to carry. I can stick the one camera in the tank bag now and not have to use an entire pannier. :) Plus, I probably had $20k of equipment on the 🏍 just in camera gear! 🤦🏻

What are the requirements for riding an ATV/Cuatremoto in Costa Rica? Is it just anything goes or do you need a valid driver's license?
@TheDufresnes

@@TheDufresnes it’s crazy though the reason I start following in January prior to that I never thought of moving to Costa Rica or watched in videos. One day I woke up and told my wife let’s move to Costa Rica and that day I did a swan dive in research and started watching a lot of videos we booked a flight a month later went down and fell in love with. Right now we are working to gather finances to buy property. We are thinking revisiting in October and potentially move in December or beginning of new year. Close to where you guys are

@@TheDufresnes Saludos y bendiciones.
