Great video, as any other you make. One suggestion, without any obligation. Haven't been able to find a single/any good long documentary on complete Solar system. Maybe a future project... ;) There is a great work by David Butler, hidden on his chanel under different subject, but that format is not for everyone, and hard to find. Keep up the great work and all the best.

Flat is almost an understatement. The abyssal plains are some of the flattest features on earth. Some drop in elevation less than 1" for every 1,000 feet in distance. Sometimes there are small hills called abyssal hills, but generally abyssal plains are as flat as a tabletop. . The plains are almost entirely flat, with very little variation in their elevation. Depth variation is usually only as much as 1 to 10 centimeters per kilometer of horizontal distance. This means that the slope is not only minimal, but dependent on the expanse of the plain itself. Abyssal plains can range as far as thousands of kilometers, forming huge plateaus beneath the sea. 1:.flat having a flat, horizontal surface. Horizontal: Horizontal is the opposite of vertical.

As much as I find the universe fascinating and mind blowing. I can not also help feeling that if the billions spent looking into space had been spent on cleaner energy for our planet, we would not now find ourselves in the situation we do.
@luisostasuc8135

Without the space program we wouldn't have satellites, gps, the modern Internet, AI, or any of the other things we need to dig ourselves out of the carbon trap we're in. Remember, the space program has only been around since the late 50s, and their budget had always been a fraction of the subsidies that oil and gas companies get to this day

since mars has no atmosphere and low gravity do we lose any shuttles/probes due to reentry?? also how hard is it to recover anything sent there?? 🤔
@NicTheGreek1979
Жыл бұрын
It has a very thin atmosphere. And afaik, reentry is fairly uncomplicated compared to Earth because of the thin atmos. Less friction. As for recoverable, we'd have to send manned teams onto the surface I'd imagine, unless the next thing we send is a falcon X rocket that has the capability to land and take off remotely, that could also be a vehicle for probes and the like. At least, that's what I gather, from my meagre knowledge on the subject. 👍😉
