Sour cream 430 grams
Butter 180 grams
Salt 1 teaspoon
Baking powder 1 teaspoon

Potatoes 1500 grams
Meat 1000 grams
2 onions 250 grams
Butter 50 grams ( 40 grams in the filling and 10 grams for greasing a hot pie )
Salt 3 teaspoons
Pepper 1 teaspoon
To lubricate the mold, 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
First we make the dough. Mix sour cream, butter (pre-hold at room temperature to soften), flour, salt and baking powder. Knead and leave in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. In the meantime, we make the filling. Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes, cut the meat and onions. Salt, pepper and mix. Then we roll out 2/3 of the dough and put it in a mold. Spread the filling and add the butter. Roll out the remaining dough and close the pie. Bake for 90 minutes at 180 degrees. Then lubricate with butter and let cool. Enjoy your meal.
