Good evening Drew. It's bad when you tell people what you need and they don't believe you. Hope you and your family had a blessed Thanksgiving. Take care and I'll see you on your next video.

Drew... you sure get to play with a bunch of neat toys! Tell me the truth... were you the neighborhood kid with all the cool Tonka toys? Or, the guy next door to the kid with all the fun stuff? (Asking for a friend who only had one rusted dump truck with a missing front wheel.) I enjoyed watching this... I wish I had pics of all the fun stuff I’ve played on... my envy is severe!!

@@drewgardner81 the only thing I had going for me was that I could turn a forked stick, bicycle inner tube and shoe tongue into a slingshot in 10 minutes! Every kid in the neighborhood traded their loot for one. I ended up with more marbles, baseballs and returnable pop bottles than warts on a toad. In those days... that meant I was the rich kid in our neighborhood!!!

That's awesome!! I lived out in the country. Just had a cousin that would come over from time to time. My brother wasn't interested in tractors like me. I usually just hung out with my grand dad when I was a kid.

So after using a few different brands of skid steers what is your choice? I live in a small area and only had a choice between Bobcat, Kubota, Deere, and Cat. I demoed several and bought a 289 Cat. Dealer service is beyond outstanding was the main reason for me. I just bought a new 306 Cat Excavator. Good video! 👍

I like Takeuchi and Kubota. But dealer service is key.

curious to know if you found the bucket controls to be quicker on the tl10 vs the tl250? I have a tl10 and 12HF, the tl10 is much quicker on the bucket and boom then the 12. Thought about trading the 12HF for a 10HF as little as i use the mulcher I got it for. 12 burns a lot more fuel too

I really couldn't tell a difference in them.

@@drewgardner81 I can tell right away when grading, it takes more time to dump dirt and level the bucket back out when spreading. I always have to be careful at first to not jam the teeth into the dirt when going between the 2 machines. On paper they have essentially the same cycle times on the hydraulics, I've had it to a few shops with no resolution

Drew, am I watching out of order, or did you go from a 2014 Takeuchi TL10 HIgh Flow to a 2012 TL250 HF? If you did, why did you go back to an older machine? And BTW, I'm a new subscriber who heard about you from Brandon over at his Elite Earthworks LLC KZitem channel.

Yes sir. That's correct. I kinda wanted away from the regen on the TL10. And someone offered some sweet money for it 🤣
