really cool to get a glimpse into foreign hardware stores

I think them ratchets with the pointy handle may be ironworker ratchets. I've seen them use the spike to line up holes.

These vierd stripers whit orange handle, multiple diameter stripers down the handle and cuting edge on top, plus connector crimper just below cuting edge are one of the most common in Europe. For me they are perfectly fine. They even haw a screw cuting system from 2,5 to 5mm, open them a bit screw the screw as needed and gilotine cuts it to lengh. No thread deformation. Ower 4mm its a bit hard to do.

The pointy handle we have on what we call Spud Wrench or Engineer Wrench used to align holes in flanges and beams for bolts . Normally the other side is an open end wrench though not a rachet.

I think ideally I'd like to check out knicks but it's hard to get over in the usa. Some of the fashionable chain pouches look useful when you crouch down or sit. If there's a store with knicks that would be amazing to see might make it worth the 100 to 200 us it would take to import. That's the specialist stuff that would be great to see.

Spiked wrench is for a adjusting holes in metalic constructions to fit a bolt in them. Usualy there is seperate conical leaver for that, this is combo

Wooden handles convey the least shock to the user. It's interesting to realize that a claw hammer is really a multitool, I noticed that contemporary electrician multitool pliers might not have caught on there. The predominance of Latin alphabet character and English words on product packaging is rather interesting, especially those which are produced domestically.

Yeah it was a surprise to me when I first moved to Japan 5 years ago just how much English/French writing was everywhere. I've heard from Japanese people that the reason its there is because foreign products are viewed as higher quality in a lot of settings. For instance, medicine is commonly written in English and food is commonly written in French, because American medicine is the best and French food is seen as elegant. Advertisements for local dental clinics have white people instead of Asian people because of how good our dental systems are perceived here. Its a strange phenomenon here but thats just how it is.

@@RobertDeForest96 I wonder if they imported that sentiment from the British.

I personally use many Japanese tools my linemans and sidecutters(flush cuts) are fujiya kurokin. The selection is limited for sure I figured people would want the kurokin being tools. I carry in my veto tech pack buildout top speed wrench, purple extra fine silky saw, canary ultity sheers, tijma electrician chisel, tajima mag x2 tape with metal clip, anex 397 racheting screwdriver, vessel wera ball lazer tip screwdriver 5.5 ph2, neopros 5.5 and ph2 wood screwdriver and stubby, tajima aluminist heavy duty 25mm snap knife and an assortment of extentions and vessel bits. There's engineer dr-22 that allows you to use Japanese 13mm with 9mm standard us bits vice versa for your non jp impact or electric screwdriver.

Funnily enough, I hate it when I see videos where people have taken the photos/videos vertically, so I made sure to the take the picture horizontally. Turns out, the screen recording software I used converted the video so its vertical, I must have messed up the settings somewhere. Next time I'll be sure fix the screen recording issue. Thanks though for the reminder!

Thank you for all of it after seeing your pouch o ordered a few on az import from jp. A prospec 7 pocket, sk11 7 pocket and fujiya 4 pocket(the one you focused on) in all leather. They only averaged 17 to 28 us each so not too bad. I like the white sk11 but it would get so dirty fast! I use my tijma tape everyday and there clip system is nice but 27us per metal clips and plastic ones are junk. That's why I never got into the tijma 2x pouch system 60us to even use it..... Any and all of that you want to make videos on I'd love that and comment. I would like to see the fancier side if there's a specialist shop nearby. Fyi me and my employees all use t10 ph2 t20 t15 t25 vessel bits that I buy in bulk 25 to 50 packs they last especially the t10.

The video let me know also I'm not being too gouged on price for importing them that's one thing I was sure that was going on. I should pick up the fujiya bucket if it's worked well with you never be afraid to share what's worked for you.

If you're into looking at new pouches, take a look at Amazon.Jp at the Yotenka brand. Really cool designs and they're made pretty well.

Phew.... that was a tough search for that Google to random office products then I can find the storefront. I never saw it since tool pouch, tool holder or waist bag didn't bring it up. A little big but I appreciate all the ideas
