For the sponge cake
3 eggs, 1/3 teaspoon salt
10g vanilla powder, 100g sugar
50 ml of unscented vegetable oil
50 ml of water at room temperature
5g baking powder
Bake for 25-30 minutes 180 Celsius or 360 Fahrenheit
Top + bottom without convection
For the custard layer
15 gr gelatin 90 ml cold water
350 ml milk, bring to the boil
60 gr sugar 40 gr cornstarch
10 gr vanilla powder 150 ml cold milk
400 g yogurt and 60 g sugar
Strawberry layer
600 gr strawberries
150 ml water 120 g sugar
Juice of 1 lemon 20 gr gelatin
and 120 ml of cold water
For decoration cream 33-35% 100 ml
5 gr cream thickener (or starch)
