Villa Selvadolce is a single-family residence of approximately 250sqm situated in the hills of Bordighera, with stunning views reaching Monte Carlo. Integrated into the steep landscape of the Ligurian terraces, the house features natural stone facades with large openings facing the valley and the sea. Comprising a single semi-subterranean floor, the villa harmonizes with the terrain thanks to stone retaining walls and a green roof, minimizing visual impact.
The house includes a central stone patio, sun terrace, infinity pool, and jacuzzi. The interior design is defined by large open living areas, integrating internal gardens that provide natural light, ventilation, and exotic vegetation. Warm wood and stone interiors create a sense of continuity between inside and outside, with large windows maximizing views and light.
With three bedrooms, service areas, a two-car garage, and custom-made oak furniture, Villa Selvadolce combines timeless design and functionality. The house is sustainable, using natural materials and local craftsmanship, and meets Passivhaus standards, significantly reducing energy consumption while offering superior comfort.
