This was a really fun video! I love so many of these flowers because they are quirky and that makes them my favorites, so it was really delightful to realize that they really fit the whimsical world of Dr Seuss. Feeling inspired for one of the gardens I'm trying to plan for this year. I am so grateful you mentioned that the Karner Blue Butterfly like Monarda punctata. I live in one of the handful of counties in Wisconsin that they are still in and have specifically been trying to get a patch of lupine to grow here to help them. I will definitely have to get some Spotted Bee Balm to grow as well!

Oh yes wonderful!!! Oh I hope you can get that lupine going! And I do tell ya what, that Monarda punctata (spotted bee balm) is a real show, and if it helps the Karner Blue as well, I mean, you can't go wrong! The multiple colors and tiers, and the fact that it's a zoo with bees when it's in bloom, hehe, it's pretty great. :-)
