Hello Dr. Bradley. I watched the recent Canadian Prepper video featuring you and your expertise in the realm. I decided to purchase one of your green EMF beacon keychains. A question; aside from lining DIY Faraday cages with objects like rubber totes or cardboard like I’ve heard from many sources, can products like Ziploc bags, or other plastic sheet materials be used as a grounding insulator for electronic devices that are stored inside of a Faraday cage? Thank you sir, and hope to see a new video soon!

To split off from my comment, I am very interested in hearing back from you on my question. This, considering that ~48 hours ago, the sun had a far side CME event equivalent to, or at almost the level of the Carrington Event of 1859. The particular sunspot grouping that created said CME is turning earth’s way and will be within earth’s sight line very soon. I have been following the sun’s solar weather for almost a decade now. This particular grouping is worrisome, considering the increased amount of activity the sun has been producing during this current half cycle solar maximum of the overall ~10 year solar cycle. Thank you.

Hi, im no doctor lol, but any insulator should help at least some, as long as it's sound and truly sealed, and inside a conductor.

Great video! Would love to see more of them videos. Hey Doc, could you do a new video on emergency power generators, inverters and solar panels please? Also, what do you suggest for a good starter off grid setup? I want just enough for a small 12x24 2-story cabin, for week of family vacation, that uses most of the time (when we’re away from it) to “trickle” charge the batteries. Also, I want to have the later option to upgrade & make it a great EMP/catastrophic event/post-apocalyptic bug-out location. But Somewhere to stay short-term. I’ve also been contemplating on how to then to make it easy to turn it into a homestead. Thank you for your answers!

Dr. Bradley I searched for an email but couldn’t find one. I have a question on how widespread could an EMP be if it can both be light enough for one of those balloons and also only be as high as a balloon can fly? I am trying to calm down some people around me as my belief is it cannot be a impactful EMP with the limitations I listed. Thank you sir.

Hi…I am wondering how to harden my well house from EMP. We have two pumps, one deep in the well and one in the pump house. If I protect my generator but the pumps are fried, we’re in trouble….water is life. Any input would be much appreciated.

I've watched most of your videos. I am curious if a one gallon paint can with the lids you close with a rubber mallet would work as a faraday safe. Easy to handle, re-open and close as needed and seems a natural for smaller ht radios and phones. Please advise.

I just found your channel by watching The provident Prepper. I am so happy that they referred their viewers to your channel. I am 89 years old and I don’t really understand all of this EMP stuff but I’m learning little by little. I have survived this world this long, and I want to keep surviving. Your channel seems very interesting and I’m going to watch as many episodes as I can to learn more about surviving this EMP attack. I am going to watch your channel until I find out what a solar generator is and how much they cost. I don’t have much money, but I could see if they would do payments. Thank you for taking the time to create these videos for slow learners like myself. God bless you, sir.

Please inform us RVers as to how we can protect from an EMP. What about a solar system that charges liFePo4 batteries connected to a inverter. This is all hooked up and is typically operational full time. Please share your knowledge on this subject. Thanks!

If a neighborhood took steps to prepare to last just 2-years. Have walker talks to keep in touch as a group. Water from a hand water pump, where the neighbor could fill-up daily.

Odd question for you. I just moved into a new apartment, which is in a very old building in Scotland. The stone is this weird kind of local sandstone I think, but Ive never seen anything like it. Basically, the exterior walls of the building block radio waves. I can only maintain a cell phone call if I stand at the front window and lean into the cove, and analogue radios barely work at all. Is this a physical blocking action, or is there something about the mineral/metal content of the local stone? Following from this, does this mean my building has some kind of innate EMP protection? (.... and before anyone says, I appreciate that EMP coming down the power and phone cables are still going to fry my kit

😢 know one in the emp prepper world are talking about creating an EMP Shield for a person’s programmable VP shunt . My four year old daughter has one for her hydrocephalus and it is called programmable, because in order to adjust the setting, a small round, magnet like device, is used to change the setting. I worry if an EMP happens, it will either turn it up or turn it down and I will have no way of fixing it in a emergency situation. Could you do a video on the best way to shield a VP shunt for medically fragile people?
