If you go shopping with my sister you better just go into the store when you really want to buy something. 😉 If not, she'll have to look for something to buy just so you don't have to go out with empty hands. 😅 Anyway that's what happened to me. 😃 The store hadn't what I was looking for and she bought something because she felt bad leaving without buying anything 😃

I went to school with some Mennonites and the young girls wore white bonnets I think about 16, and the married woman wore black bonnets. Is it not like that any longer?

Hey I'm glad you ask, I'm gonna try and answer as best I can. I don't think our culture has ever had that tradition, but I do know of some cultures who would still do that. There's so many different culture of mennonites, I know it's very confusing for a lot of people 😕 I plan on making a video in the future and attempt to give a little more insight and information on all the different cultures 😀

Most still do wear coverings but some wear black or white depending on what they feel like doing. It's personal choice and their alignment with Scripture.
