Evergreen Restaurant is a long established Restaurant in Chicago's Chinatown that serves classic Cantonese cuisine from yesteryear. If you remember all of those Hong Kong style dishes of the 1980's and 1990's, this is the place to go. There's a huge menu and it's a mix of older Cantonese dishes mixed with newer ones. I particularly enjoyed the nostalgia trip and yes, the food i excellent!
