Stop the car.. Inform the driver of what he has done wrong.. Get details of the driver and the car. Issue a ticket or order the driver to take his car to the nearest police station. The driver if ignores all that you have said will be looked for and prosecuted. You don't need to jump in the car. That's risking your life and is also against the law. 🤷🏾♂️

I bet similar incidences of blatant impunity that go uncaptured/unrecorded are many, in the hundreds, luckily for this particular one the camera was ready and rolling, as an example to the many uncaptured this one should act as an example to the rest - the uncaught members of this kind, the severest punishment that opens the eyes of the rest properly is being fired.........if you ask me as an ordinary Kenyan suffering under such
@atezjf2950

Am flabagusted.... That's what I call impunity of the highest order. I prefer the "police force/ law enforcement" to be a curriculum just like other jobs where you earn a degree through a 4 year course where by you learn the theory of the applying rule of the law/ conduct investigation/ ethics/ etiquette/ constitution and all that partaining the police. Then take a 6 to 7 month physical training, use of arms and other law enforcement artilleries. Lastly give them a better pay and supply them with resources to perform their jobs with a navex global hotline as a watch dog to curb any corruption in the force. They should be paid on hourly basis and return their arms to the armory, etc etc...

Its just anger, driven by greed. At this level, you will have to part with more than the normal KShs. 1,000 bribe. I have experienced such a situation, changing lanes while at a traffic circle, angered a police officer who violently yanked my front passanger door, plucked and pocketed my insurance sticker and ordered me around in my car with threats of intent to prosecute me_ all for a small offence. He wanted 2,000 for my mistake. He terrorised me. From that day I swore to myself, I will always go to court no matter what, I don't negotiate with "terrorists". Funny enough, that was the solution. Ensure you have your license with you at all times, never give a police officer your license but let him/her know that you have it and will produce it at the police station, never let them in your car no matter what, stand your ground. Deny any accusations no matter the situation (never accept liabilility_ as is writen at the back of your insuarance sticker). You have the right to remain silent, no one can force you to speak_ personally I don't speak to traffic police, I let them know that I'm only anserable to the prosecutor, and I always deny all accusations. NEVER GIVE A BRIBE, what is the worst that can happen, you are not a killer, you are not a criminal_ as long as your offence doesnt involve endegering the lives of road users, you are good. For 2 years now, I have been stopped more than 10 times, all instances I have stood my ground, never issued a bribe, and they always let me go.
