So energy follows thought and if there is enough energy, it can manifest in physical form. Some people claim anything is possible if you believe ?

Hi Paul, i would like to ask you, if someone can't see images while the visualization process and find out that hes has kinesthetic way of learning thins how he should apply the visualization procces for him self?
@SelfHelpforLife
3 жыл бұрын
I would focus more on the kinesthetic sensations of the visualisation. For example, if it's a new sports car, imagine the feeling of the leather seats, your hands on the steering well, the sensations of going around corners, accelerating fast etc. You can also add in internal feelings and emotions too. Hope this helps. Paul

If this is the way to ask questions then I will first want to say that as I followed each step it was hard at first but then became easier. I believe that in order to get help with my body physically with my subconcouus the subconcouus deals in pictures so is the movie I watch in the various ways you described.. I felt like it had to be a silent movie. Is that true? During the shrinking down the movie and eating it as a cracker I saw all these different movies of me and so I was watching each movie of different places I have gone and places I intend to go like to the Subway sandwich restaurant that we are going as a family this Saturday for Father's day or at church or at home and my back and shoulders are feeling great trying to visualise this in each episode of where I am finding myself. I did feel like a tingling in my body out of the blue as I was laying on my bed! Is this normal? In order to follow each step I would pause the video after you talked about the step. Do the step. Then proceed in like manner through all the steps. I focused on just one challenge in this process which is my health as far as my back and shoulders and arms is concerned. Is this a good way to do this? Can I focus on another issue tomorrow ir should I stay with this one for you said a couple of months. I wanted to focus on having greater faith as well with these visualisations. Sincerely Brother Powers.
@SelfHelpforLife
3 ай бұрын
Hi Bill, if you can include sounds that's better, and this can include internal self-talk. I think the tingling session is OK, Yes definitely focus on one challenge at a time, and repetition with the same challenge will help. Hope this helps.

How many minutes to visualize everyday?
@SelfHelpforLife
2 жыл бұрын
Hi Tani, I would suggest 10 to 20 minutes each day. You could do more, but I feel it's important to balance visualisation with taking action towards your goals, so make sure you do some of that too!
