potatoes, easily available everywhere. During potato season, they frequently appear on the table as an inexpensive ingredient. Today, I've grated them to a smooth texture and made them into crispy potato pancakes on a stainless steel pan. How about enjoying them as a side dish for a meal or as a snack on a long summer night?
Ingredients:
-2 potatoes
-1/2 to 1 finely chopped Cheongyang pepper (for adults)
-1/2 green chili or sweet pepper (for kids)
-1/2 tsp salt
-3 tbsp oil
Instructions:
1.Grate the two prepared potatoes.
2.Julienne the pepper for kids and finely chop the Cheongyang pepper for adults.
3.Discard only the top layer of water from the grated potatoes. (If using pancake mix instead of salt, you don't need to discard the water.)
4.Season with salt and get ready to cook on a preheated pan.
5.Add oil to the pan, place the julienned pepper on top for the kid's version, and fry until golden brown.
6.Mix the finely chopped Cheongyang pepper into the grated potatoes and fry the adult version until crispy.
