@@dr.nitindutia4565 you mean how long the acrylic must cure before the customer gets it? I would imagine the acrylic parts has that information on its bottles. Or, if you are using a lab, the lab will know.

I can make it more easyer with 1/10 wax and 1/4 of putty than he use.

between the old dude's voice and the hideous music, I was unable to watch it til the end. One thing I noticed, they don't say if it is hard acrylic or .flexible.

richard harrison palapress is normal cold cure acrylic, hard but not high impact. I would not use it for my partial job, as it is not strong enough and the shrinkage during this process will affect the fit, especially to the postdam. Anyway, this old way is good for labs, but not good enough for clinical use. As you will be facing a lot of breakage and ill fitting afterwards.
