I would use this gas in the kitchen with a multi fuel stove, it takes 6 litres of muck in your biogas generator to make roughly i hour cooking time, hob and oven. You can use any lpg oven just make sure the tube is wider (for slightly more oxygen) by removing the nipple at the connection point.

Hello, How are you? Recently, I'm helping my friend living on highland area to develop their new modern farm. I found your products amazing, but I got one question. It's about the temperature since the average temperature here is 0 to 25 degrees in summer and -20 to 0 degrees in winter. So my question is how your product adapt these highlands with a relative low temperature? Thank you in advance.

I did read some things about winter en biogas. Practically you cant come under +6c or the bacteria will go into slumber. This can be worked around by isolating it. For example, putting it into a digging a hole into the ground at least half a meter (where its always 5c above temp. Putting it into a greenhouse (maximal efficiency you build the greenhouse with the northside against the southside from your house) and wrap the sides up with reed mats (never the upperside, if you need to isolate the top, something see trough like glas or polycarbonate). If its really a hard stuborn winter, put an aquarium heater in on a solarpanel. If build anything on your friends farm, before you begin, think about as much all-n-one possibilities you can think of. A greenhouse on the southside against your building is not only a mor efficient greenhouse but a buffer for your warmth in your house and your greenhouse, especially in the evening. A greenhouse ALWAYS needs a water element like a small pond or fountain. It is the airconditioning and hydrogenmeter of your greenhouse. This element can contain edibles like waterplants and even fish. Or you can use it for grey water storage of your house (shower and stuff) and water the plants after with it. We have an inside outside shower with bathtub in our greenhouse. With solar heated natural filtered rainwater. Think like this with everything and you'll be living comfortable en self sustaining in no time. Any qustions, dont hesitate to ask.

An HBG digestive bag is pretty much like a Hugh stomach. It is necessary for the stomach to decompose nutrients in order to produce methane, therefor hedge trimmings and chipped branches won't do any good, but will only accumulate in the digestive bag.

You'll have to take it to your house. Capture it (bladder, inner-tube) and use a compressor to fill some old cylinders. I haven't taken it apart yet, but my plan is trying a 12v roadside air compressor. If the inlet can be hose clamped (or made to) it should work great. Some two-part epoxy, a shut off valve and brass hose fittings, you're good.

Biogas is methane...so is this a case of "it's better to burn the methane than to have it leak into the atmosphere through anaerobic landfills"? I assume the system just burps off excess gas that it can't hold as there's no compression functionality? Again, I'd guess that it still comes to the which is worse question for that excess methane. And, you seem to imply that the water is liquid fertilizer. I'm not a scientist, but how would that water have any nutrients? Isn't that just evaporation from the system as it's working?

What gets me is, that this Company only Concentrates it's Efforts on just Waste from the Kitchen. Why? With a redesign this System could be so much more, in my opinion. Eliminate these Materials that want last, as they say for just 15 Years. This is Poor Craftsmanship, in my opinion. Animals will Investigate and will Eventually Compromise Integrity of Unit causing Great Damage. Over a Short Time Span, these Materials used in Construction will Fail. This Failure will cause more Hard Earned Money to be Consumed to replace these Unit or Units. This Product needs to be Redesigned using better Materials. It needs a Small Compressor to Compress the Gas, It needs a way of Maintenance that It doesn't have right now. Also this Gas System has to be kept Warm or it want make Gas. So those that live in Cold Clements will find this Product almost useless. I'm giving a Theoretical Thumbs down because it could be far more useful than it is. A Thumbs up because the Possibility's and Concepts are Rock Solid. This should be being used everywhere it's warm. With a well Designed System a Generator could be Employed cutting Electrical Cost. The Gas that's made by this System can be Converted into more useful Products than just Gas. Thanks for the upload mate. Your Efforts are Appreciated.

@@masterrpgs Thanks for adding your experience in your review of this Product. Maybe using this System under Ground could Solve Problems seen with this System. Using a Pump that could compress the Gasses into a Pressure Tank would Increase Longevity. This Product would be Fantastic, easy to use year around. There is Potential here. If this Product was Incorporated with-in a holding Tank that Is designed with Materials like ALUMINUM, STAINLESS, CARBON STEEL, FIBERGLASS, or even CARBON COMPOSITES would most likely Solve the Rodent and Insect Ensues. Also Heating Element's could be added to the Design Increasing Longevity and a consistent Temperature Year around for GAS and FERTILIZER production. I would re-design this Product for them, 'if they asked for my help for a "10% Gratuity" on the sales of this Product after I re-design Product Payable at the beginning of each Year.
