This is a quick, simple, and nutritious meal with potatoes and eggs. Start by preparing 3 large potatoes. Peel the skin and soak the potatoes in water. Dice the onions and green onions, as well as 1.5 tomatoes. Continue by dicing the potatoes into small square pieces.
Add cooking oil to the pan and fry the potatoes for about 12 minutes. Add salt and black pepper to taste. Then, add diced onions and tomatoes to the pan, stir evenly. Pour 1 cup of filtered water into the pan and add 1.5 teaspoons of seasoning. When the mixture boils, add 4 chicken eggs, cover, and simmer for 5 minutes.
Finally, add green onions, and you have a delicious, family-style meal.
